DUNCRAGGAN REPORTED MEDIUM OF COUP. Tampa, Fla.. March 11. Today marked the close of the originally scheduled period of racing here and developed nothing out of the ordinary except that Diincraggan, winner of the second race, according to report, was the medium of heavy backing throughout the country. The layers were given a hard jolt throughout the afternoon as all the winners were well backed. Favorites accounted for four races, Charlie OBrien, Anavri. Explicit and Horicon proving successful. Ideal weather prevailed and the attendance was good, but the sport was only mediocre; Nearly all the owners hero will remain for the announced three days of racing next week. Those with the better class horses will then ship to Jamestown for the meeting at Norfolk. It is intimated that another extension may be made hero and that racing will continue as long as the patronage warrants. . II. Turner will ship his horses to Lexington during tlie next fow days.
