; THIRTY LEADING MONEY-WINNING HORSES , An excellent and vastly improved mare, the Texas-bred Meadow, is now at the head of the money -winning horses of the year 1011. She is there meritoriously by virtue of sterling displays of high-class speed ami ability to carry heavy imposts successfully. If she retains her Juarez form when she comes north she will be one of the racing sensations of the year. By reason of unexpectedly winning the Florida Special at Jacksonville. John W. Schorrs Aylmer i. next to Meadow in the winning list, but at best is only a useful racer. A grand young filly. Bound the WorBl, is third and by the end of another month will probably be first. It is only a question of her retaining her present form to suggest that for the first, time in its long history the Kentucky Derby will probably be won by a filly. However, the Juarez Derby comes first, and if she M-ins that race it will be sufficient to move her up to first place. Following the trio of leaders in order Descomnets, Follie Levy. Polls, Mary Davis and The Xigger have each won mo.v than $.1,000 and paid their way for the year regardless of what more they may do for their owners as the racing year moves on. So far the thirty leaders and their records in racing and money earning are the following: Horse. Age. Pedigree. Owner. 1st. 2d. 3d. Unp. Won. Meadow 5 Leonid Dolly Ilayman W.
