COLORADO RACING BILL PROGRESSES. Denver. Col., March 21. Tho Cornforth state racing commission bill passed the Senate ou third reading this morning and now goes to the lower house, for continuation. Just one senator. Mark Skinner, of El Paso County, voted against the measure. The bill will come up for first reading in the House next week. Its ultimate adoption by that body and tho approval of Gov. Shafroth are assured.
