SALE OF NEW ORLEANS TRACK CONSIDERED, New Orleans, La., March 2S. The directors of the New Orleans Jockey Club met today and discussed a proposition to dispose of the splendid racing plant of the organization for division into city building lots. Some members of the board are opposed to the plan, believing there are good prospects for reestablishing racing in Louisiana with a change in state administrations. The whole proposition was finally referred to a meetiug of the stockholders, to be held tonight. Congressman Joseph L. Ehlnoch and J. B. Respess are here for the meeting.
