NOTES OF THE TURF. TIio Prix Roxelane, run at Maisnns-Laflitto, in Fiance, vostcrday, was won by W. K. Vanderbilts Presight. In the Prix do Pone Nash Turners Alby finished second. The veteran Bonnie Prince Charlie will race no more, his owners, Powell. and Parker, having presented him to a friend at EI Paso, Tex., who will ue him as a saddle horse and who lias promised his owners to give the old horse a good home. The United Stales still holds the record as the only country on the globe in which speculation on race courses is prohibited. It may lie an indication of their superior public tone, but I dont think anybody reallv believes that. Francis Nelson in Toronto Globe.
