NEW TRACK NEAR SPOKANE. Spokane. Wash., March P.O. The Coeur dAlene Fair and Racing Association has opened ollices here and actual construction work on its new plant just across the Idaho line lias been begun. Engineers are staking out the course and teams are at work plowing and excavating in preparation for the erection of the necessary buildings. The new association lias been incorporated under the laws of Idaho. Contracts have been awarded for the construction of a grandstand to accommodate S.000 people, a clubhouse, paddock, judges stand and stabling accommodations for 575 horses. The opening meeting will occupy thirty days and will start about the middle of August with racing scheduled lor live days each week.
