The filly was .claimed out of the race by S. A. Clopton. who has testified that she was cooled out under his supervision. The filly was all right and her plates were perfect. We find that she is not a whip filly, and Mr. Dade has testified that she will fight an assistant if hit with a whip while being schooled. W. . .loplin. who lias Koerncr under contract, warned the boy to protect himself while 011 the way to the jiost, and Kooruer punched the filly considerably, no doubt causing her to sulk. "We find that most of the talk came from the owner. C. J. Odcll, laying the filly heavily in ids book, and while that is not fraudulent, we believe It lo be an abuse of the privileges accorded him and we suggest that he be denied the further tnivilege of booking on tracks under your jurisdiction.- For attempting to prevent S. A. Cloplon from claiming the filly. T. K. Buckley has been lined 00. "So that other associations may not misconstrue our .wishes in certain cases, the suspensions against jockeys Pickett. Obcrt.
