SUSPENSION FOR LAGOON JOCKEY. Salt Lake City. I tab. June ft.— Despite the ordinary appearance of the card a bumper crowd attended the Lagoon races today and Witnessed sport of the niosi exciting natare, the finishes being exceedingly close in several instances. All allowance rare al six furlongs was the feature f the program and attracted I fine field, including Knight Deck, one of the stars of the Bedwell string. Knight Deck was in prime condition anil spreadeagled his OppOSl tion all tin way. Lively betting added zest to the das sport, heavy support being accorded Hidden Hand, Knight Deck and Fred Molbolland. Tin- good things went through with the exception of Fred Miilhollanil. which was badly ridden by jockey T. I. Barn* and went down to defeat by a narrow margin. Immediately after the race the fadges indefinitely suspended Burns for bis unsatisfactory ride. Tab] is the first disciplinary action taken by the ..tibials, as the racing has hitherto been clean.
