SENATOR GITTINS EELIEVES BILLS WILL PASS r Albanv. N. Y.. June 20.— Senator Bobert H. Gil- tins heard little criticism of his directors liability and liookinaking definition bills, known as the rare track measiiic-. anil believes they will pass. Whether tiny will come up for final action this week is problematical, but the chances an they will not. Thus far little oppostttoa to them has developed. Senator Gittins says he has received neorea of letters commending the bills and urging l.im to push them through. "I have every reason to believe mv bills amending the race track belling laws will be passed," he said in commenting on the matter.
