HALTER MEN AGAIN ACTIVE AT BUTTE. Butte, Mont., August 3. A well balanced card without any particular feature was dowii for decision here today and attracted a throng of goodly proportions, which fared rather badly in the picking of winners. The defeat of Now Capital, Jeauette M. and Fred Mulholland were severe blows to the betting public. Selling race activities were renewed today with increased activity. Eddie Grauey, winner of the fourth rce was advanced to 00 by II. G. Bedwell. and Muff, winner of the fifth, was bid up to 800 by W. S. Heath. Both horses i:1i;iijW hands.
