DANNY MAHER IS SUSPENDED. London, Eng., August 11. Danny Maher, the well known American jockey, was suspended by the local stewards after the running of the Tower Maiden three vear-oid Plate of ."00 sovereigns at Leicester todav." in which the popular American rider was second ou Ixird Boseherys Sallust. Not satisfied with Mahers riding the stewards called the jockey to the stand. His explanation was not considered satlsfactorv and lie was suspended for the remainder or the meeting. The case will be retried to the stewards of the Jockey Club.
