Seagrams horses at Hamilton in charge of trainer Llttlellcld.. E. C. Smith, Arthur McKnight and P. A. Brady will serve as presiding judge, starter and clerk of the scales, respectively, during the Kansas State Fair meeting at Hutchinson, Kan., September 15 to September 27. The strongest testimony to the popularity of the sport as conducted by the Canadian Racing Associations lies in the fact that on not one of their tracks is the grandstand equal to the public demand for accommodation, not excepting Fort Erie, which has tlie finest structure ou any course in Canada.
