CHANGE IN GOING AT MUSKOGEE. Muskogee, Okla., August 24. Owing to heavy rain that fell all day up to race time, the smallest attendance of the meeting turned out today. The race for gentlemen riders carded as the feature of the day resulted in an easy victory for Black Domino, which won as her rider pleased. As a number of the horses here have either broken down or gone lamo on account of the hard track, the managers have found it difficult to fill six races and In order to continue racing have decided to hereafter have only live races each day.
