ANACONDA MEETING SUCCESSFULLY CLOSED. Anaconda, Mont., September 9. For tho closing day of the most successful meeting ever held in Anaconda, both in point of attendance and class of horses contesting. Secretary Nathanson prepared a program which, although deficient in class, provided good racing. Ideal racing weather prevailed and lovers of the sport were not lax in showing their appreciation by turning out in goodly numbers. The fourth race, at five and a half furlongs, was contested by a fair band of sprinters and Silver Stocking won easily after lwing outpaced in the early running. The success of three first choices gave the public a good break.
