NEW TRACK OPENS TOMORROW. Spokane, Wash., September 9. The Coeur dAlena-Fair and Racing Association will throw open its gates on Monday and launch its new racing venture. This section of the country has never before witnessed what could bo called first-class racing and tho sport-loving public of Spokane, as well- as that of Coeur dAleno and the surrounding country, aro eagerly awaiting the opportunity. The track witli -all its appointments far outshines anything in the Pacific Northwest and is In every particular a first-class and up-to-date race course.
