ANOTHER DISQUALIFICATION IN THE WEST. Spokane. Wash.. Septemlier 25. Favorites won the majority of the races this afternoon. The attendance was up to the usual standard, and sixteen layers, exclusive of the field and combination books, cut in, which is the reeord to date. Elsewhere fouled Evelina near the paddock entrance in the third race, and was disqualified and placed third, giving second place to the Keene filly. The judges suspended nopkins for three dnvs for not atteme to keep his mount stralgnt, "a bad habit which the lad has,. acquired of late. The W. B. Carson stable will be shipped to Laurel at the end of this week.
