HILDRETH HORSES FOR LAUREL. New York. September 28. S. C. Hildreth will ""ship sixteen horses from Sheepshead Bay to Laurel, including August Belmonts Priscllllan. lie, like the rest of the horses in the Hildreth barn, has been in light training since the string returned from Canada. The other members of the Hildreth stable lot are: FitzIIerbert, Novelty. Itestigouche, Hampton Court, Zeus, Dinna Ken, Woodcraft, Joe Madden, Little Pal, Gold Blade. Puggins. Hearthstone, Shau-noir and Surfeit. Joe Madden, winner of the Los Angeles Derby, Belmont Stakes, Brooklyn Handicap. Brooklyn Derby, Juvenile Stakes and the Prospect Handicap, will be retired from actual racing. The son of Yankee was a brilliant racer, and comes from one of the stoutest families in the stud book. King James will lie shipped to Henry T. Oxnards Blue Hidge Stud, Virginia, wlien the Hildreth racers go to Hie course of the Maryland State Fair Association. Carroll Shilling, who Is under contract to Mr. Hildreth. returned from his home in Texas a few weeks ago, and is in good form, owing to activity in the saddle In morning gallops.
