MACK B BUBANKS, prominent from the start, disposed of WYANDOT in the first three furlongs and. taking a good lead, won easing up. THE REACH loomed up threateningly in the last quarter, but tired badly and h;id to be hard driven to save second place. COMMONERS TOUCH came with a rush in the last rurlong. DILATORY suffered from interference soon after the start. WYANDOT quit badly after setting the pace to the stretcli and pulled up lame. BEAUTIFUL ran a good race from a slow beginniug. ISLAND QUEEN, a fast beginner, went into a good lead and set a fast pace, but swerved several times and Impeded AZYIADE sharply. FAIRY STORY ran a good race, was gaining steadily at the end and would have won in a few strides more. SWISH closed a great gap in the last quarter and finished fast. SIGURD was given a bad ride and should have been closer up. MOCKLER was practically left at the post and ran an excellent race. SWARTS HILL had a rough trip. Overweights Sigurd, lj pounds.
