PROMISES GOOD NEWS FOR HORSEMEN. Cincinnati, O.. November 13. Charleg Lansdalc, of Cincinnati, who Is interested with II. D. Drown in the Laurel and Havana race tracks, said yesterday that he did not know If Mr. Brown intends to invade the local field as reported. "Mr. Brown has said nothing to me regarding building a track in this vicinity and I hardly believe that he contemplates so doing. However, there is no reason why he should inform nie about the matter, and it is possible that he intends to do so. I can say, however, that Mr. Brown has some plans about which I cannot speak at present, that will be welcome news, to horsemen when they are made public,"
