HORSES GATHERING AT COLUMBIA. Columbia, S. C, November 21. The advance guard of the horses that are to race here during the meeting scheduled to open on Thanksglviug Day. have arrived from Marlboro and other points. Some .opposition has developed to holding the races here and lhe Attorney-General niav be asked to look into the matter. The State Fair grounds are outside th-i city limits,, and, therefore, are not under the control of the city authorities.
