GOSSIP FROM THE BLUE GRASS REGION. Lexington, Ky., December 7. George Voorhees today sold his tliree-year-old chestnut gelding, Ho-ang-IIo, by Shapfoll Angliu. by St. Andrew, to a United States army lieutenant for , to be used as a mount. Ho-ang-Ho was trained a short while I by Roland Drake, but he was never raced. f The annual meeting of the stockholders of the f Kentucky Association will be held next Saturday, at which time a board of directors will be elected. It Is not expected that there will be any changes in the board or in the officials. J. W. May left here Tuesday night for Charleston to visit the new track and report upon his return to horsemen at the Kentucky Association course. J. C. Milam is making preparations to ship his string of about sixteen to Charleston next Tuesday, hut T. C. McDowell and others have decided to wait until the first week in January, when there will be a special train from here or some eight or ten cars under the arrangement of Mickey Shannon.
