1 , | [ JUAREZ RACING AGAIN INTERRUPTED. Mistake of United States Army Officer Leads to Suspension nf Car Service. El Puao, Tex.. February IB. — The Juarez Daces were suspended today as a result of an error 011 tin-part of l.ieutenaut Fields, of the Eighteenth United States Infantry, in entering Mexican territory si 9:40 oclock this morning, with twenty armed soldiers. It was thought for a time that the action of the officer might precipitate trouble between Mexic 1 and the United State-.
