PRINCE FONSO showed a good burst of speed, but tired near the end. ROSEBlRG IVr. was knocked out of any chance at the start. I VK STRAW set the pace to the stretch, hut quit badly in the last furlong. HERBERT TURNER ran w,-li and probably would have been dangerous but for meeting interference.
