ANOTHER WINTER RACING POINT Prominent Toronto Lawyer Planning to Build Modern Track at Kingston Jamaica Toronto Ont April 30 A new race course is to be built for next winters racing at Kingston Ja ¬ maica by a Torontonian who spent last winter in the West Indies and is so enamored of the climate that he intends to return there regularly during the cold season at home The project is so far under way that Clias Millar 1C C the gentleman in question has sent to Kingston the most notfd race course engineer in America Chas W Leavitt nt New York who built Belmont Park and recon ¬ structed the Saratoga and Woodbine courses Mr Leavitt has just returned and has been instructed to establish a firstclass plant with particular atten ¬ tion to thu track Mr Millar whose fortune en ¬ ables him to undertake this enterprise Is one of Torontos most successful lawyers and a heavy real estate owner
