KENTUCKY ENDURANCE STAKES CONDITIONS Louisville Ky July 10 Secretsiry Lynian H Davis of the New Ixmisvillo Jockey Club has issued an attractive brochure inviting horsemen to take subscriptions to the valuable Kentucky Endurance Stakes four miles which is to be the chief feature of Ihe fall meeting at Churchill Downs October 7li It will be the second running of this stake promoted bv and under the auspices of the Kentucky State Huting Commission with the idea of reviving long distance racing on the American turf The condi ¬ tions of the race which it is estimated will have si gross value of 15000 and therefore the richest rsic of the year are as follows followsFor For threeyearolds and upward By subscrip ¬ tion of 100 which must be made on or before August 1 1012 250 additional to start 7500 added by the New Louisville Jockey Club Each subscriber to have the privilege of nominating ne two or three horses on or before September 2 112 only one of which may start Threeyearolds t carry 10S pounds fouryearolds and upward to carry 122 pounds Estimated cash value of stakes about 15000 of which 20 per cent to the second and 10 per cent to the third The winner to re ¬ ceive a gold cup of the value of 1000 donated by the Kentucky State Racing Commission Four miles
