GOVERNOR WILL ORDER LAW ENFORCED New York May r An Albany dispatch says that Governor Sulzer intends to see thit the law against gambling is literally enforced at the race tracks without regard to any law which the Legislature has passed He will order the district attorney and sheriff of each county to enforce antigambling provisions of the constitution to the end that there shall be no professional gambling at the tracks
