meeting at Lexington was the most successful in all the tracks history biit that instead of declaring a divi ¬ dend the profits would be spent in improving the track and grounds groundsHarry Harry II Aiketi of Cincinnati entered a protest against the starting of the horse Sam Hirsch in the name of Samuel Ilirsch a Cincinnati tobacconist but the officials paid no attention to it The Circuit Court
