TRAINING GOSSIP FROM WOODBINE Toronto Out May 8 The weather was changed at Woodbine yesterday and the balmy mornings of the early part of the week were succeeded by an unpleasant coolness though there was an absence of wind and tho track was in its best order without dogs to worry traiuers who had horses to work These were not uumerous as workday fell on the previous morning for most of the stables The most interesting feature of the day was the first gallop of the Waterloo platers Mr Seagrams horses were not sent along fast Voivode Maid of Froniu and Battle Song galloped a mile in 140 oivoile carried much more weight than either of the others broke behind them and finished in front so that he looked liko much the best of the three Vale of Avoca did his preliminary on the road and then put
