Before Bradleys Choice left the track, trainer Mose Goldblatt, acting on behalf of Jefferson Livingston, made Mr. Bradley an oiler of 7,500 for the gelding and it was promptly refused, Mr. Bradley holding out for 0,000. There was a slight falling off in the. betting and attendance today. The reason for the slump in speculation was cbielly due to the unwieldy fields that started in four of the races. Chartier, the favorite, was second, with Patruche, which bad been practically left at the post, getting up for third money. Falcada was installed first choice for the closing race, but the best be could do was to land third. Bash and Ocean Queen, both of which ran in improved form, finished first and second.
