MONTREAL BREEDER BUYS SAL VOLATILE. Montreal, Que., October 27. I. Raymond of this city, has added to his string of broodmares through the purchase of Sal Volatile. This mare carried the colors of J. W. Colt in her early races and was afterwards sold to Mike Daly, from whom she was bought by her present owner. Sal Volatile Is now on her way here. She lias been bred, and the foal. when dropped in tlie province, will be an eligible Tor the Quebec Kings Plate. .Mr. Raymond has secured a tract of laud near Vaudreil. where he will build a stable Tor his thoroughbreds. Mr. Raymond now owns a farm near Dorval, which will likely be disposed of.
