LIVINGSTON STABLE REACHES JUAREZ." Special Train from Kentucky Delayed, but Will Reach Its Destination Today. El Paso, Tex., November 14. Delayed en route, the Latonia special, conveying 200 horses and more than that number of horsemen, will not arrive here until an early hour tomorrow morning; This afternoon the Jefferson Livingston horses arrived from Kentucky. There are twenty-six horses iii this string. Including Iron Mask aiid Prince Eugene. Jockey Loftus, who will ride for the Livingston stable, accompanied by his wife, arrived today, as did .Mrs. and Mrs. Eugene EIrod. Five carloads of horses arrived today from Dallas.
