MORE IMPROVEMENTS FOR LEXINGTON. Lexington, Ky., November 14. The board of directors of the Kentucky Association held a meeting Wednesday to receive a report of the 1913 fail race meeting, which showed that the meeting was highly successful and that a snug sum was left on the right side of the ledger. Some proposed Improvements for the coming year were Informally discussed, but no definite action was taken regarding them. These improvements will have to do principally with the track and grounds, and Secretary G. D. Wilson stated after the meeting that the association contemplated expending several thousand dollars on these improvements, definite pians for which will be made "later.
