GOOD PROGRESS ON WOODBINE STAND. Toronto. Out.. December 0. The erection of the steel work of the double decked public grandstand at Woodbine is comnleted except for a few days riveting. When finished it will be the finest stand on the Canadian circuit and one of the finest on any race track iu America. The members stand will also le removed next year and the present new structure coutinued to replace the members stand.
