BKNS BROTHER, VICARS DAUGHTER. .MISS FIELDER and MILTON BARBER were all running close together in the first eighth when P.F.XS BROTHER bored over against VICARS DAUGHTER and she in turn forced MISS FIELDER and MILTON BARBER to bo taken up sharply, destroying whatever ch.uiees they may have had. The Newman entry was disqualified for a foul and placed last. MISS FIELDER then went on and, finishing fast, outstayed MILTON BARBER. VICARS DAUGHTER was run-niug fast when fouled.
