HASSON ran in close quarters in the second division to the stretch turn and, when clear, closed up rapidly into a game second. C1SKO set the pace and opened a big gap after turning into the homestretch, but tired near the end. GENERAL WARREN quit after racing well to the stretch. HOPE SO and ANG1E D. closed big gaps. CAPTAIN BURNS was bumped at the start by VESTED RIGHTS, which has a bad habit of beginning sideways, but recovered and made up ground gamely. VESTED RIGHTS came fast through the final eighth.
