KICK also closed a great gap and was going fast while swerving out in the final sixteenth. HASSON finished with a belated rush. KALI-INLA tired badly after racing into the lead on the last turn. STONEMAN set a fast pace to the far turn and quit. i.AKL closed a great gap iu the last quarter. MONMOUTH raced forwardly to the stretch.
