THIRTY LEADING MONEY-WINNING HORSES OF 1914 : Because of having won the Palmetto Derby and the St. Valentines Day Handicap at Charleston the rdiuary three-year-old, Ivan Gardner, is at the head of the list of best money-winning llowcs of lf Two other Charleston horses, Republican and Pardner, are second and third in the list. Belle of Brvn Mawr brings up m fourth place as the chief money winner at Juarez and in order to win that measure of prominence had to win uiorc races than any other horse in the list. She has seven well-earned victories to her credit. Hie much-improved Ancon is second to her m races won, having taken six. Black-Eved Susan -md I- iOnn come next with five each. Two-year-olds earning a place in tlie list are Blue Racer with three raccs won, Sir Edgar with three and La Patrie with two. From appearances the winter tracks have not been graced this year with tlie debut of any two-year-old like Old Rosebud in 1913 and Hawthorn in 1!1 The thirty chief winners so far and their records are: Horses.
