L. A. CELLA NOW IN CONTROL. Hot Springs, Ark.. March 7. Louis A. Cella. of St. Louis, has acquired Mrs. Dan A. Stuart s interest iu the Oaklawn race track. The sale was completed vesterday. Mr. Cella now owns two-thirds of the propertv and John Condon of Chicago the remaining third. The busiuess men of Hot Springs confidently expect to stage two meetings annually, spring and fall, commencing November 1 next. The proposal to hold a three-weeks meeting commencing March 17 has been abandoned.
