WOODBINE STAND NEARING COMPLETION. Toronto, Out.. April it. — The new double deck steel grandstand at Woodbine Park is rapidly near-ing compli Hon and it is evident that the "Ontario Jockey Club will have the finest Stand to he found on any track in Canada. It is 401 feet in leugtli and extends from the members stand to the mutuel pavilion. It will seat S.lHHl people and affords an excellent view of the entire course from any point. The first load of seats arrived last week. The lower portion is built of brick and will contain otlices aini refreshment parlors. There are already sixty thoroughbreds stabled at the course. The track is still in a muddy condition and it will requite several days of favorable weather before trainers can permit their charges to go along in earnest.
