Stantiehl has six horses at the local tracks. including TUdy Wolffarth. Kitty Stantiehl. Amohalko. Carona and two maidens that are respectively brother and sister to Fred Bent, F. Neugent and Masalo. I . S. Fountain is here with Rake. Kelsotta and Miami. A. Neal lias fourteen, of which Delaney and OKoaite too* on much Bean during their stay in winter quarters. if Frank Howards seven head. Cotton has a trio here ii! MeAlan. Little Harry and Sheffield. The last-named has been gelded. Duncmggan and Force, which were lead to Montreal, havi been brought back here. Decency, Letitia and Swart- Hill, in the stable of William Gemmell, have been worked halves faster than 49, and are further advanced than any of the other horses quartered here. The track is ill first Class condition and there will be some spec, ting ap in the near future. Prank Mi Malum will ship twelve horses here from S. sttle about June 1. the horses of the Cbantlcler stable will be shipped lure from Sacramento, Cal .. in about a fortnight. W. I. Dunn and William SI. Vincent are due here in a week or tw . from Las Angeles, where the] have bad their horses since the close of racing at Juarez. Manager Wilson has left for Kentucky to interest horsemen in shipping here.
