WILL DEPEND ON RACING COMMISSION. Additional information of Governor-elect Whitmans attitude towards racing in New York state is conveyed in tin following press dispatch sent out from White Sulphur Springs. W. Va., under Saturdays date: N interference with borse racing as it is at present conducted in New York state, but a reorganization of the boxing regulations, will be part of the legislative program Governor-elect Whitman will submit to the Legislature when he takes office. This was ascertained here .today, where Mr. Whitman Is spending the week end.
