- HORSES THAT WON OVER 0,000 FOR A. BAKER . . Only five horses raced under the colors of A. Baker in 1014, but one of them was a Derby winner and cn the whole he is probably quite well satisfied with his experience in the racing of the year. His Derby winner was John Gund, which carried 122 pounds to victory and ran one of the best races of the year when lie ran the mile and a half of the Latonia Derby in such fast time as 2:30. He was certainly an uncommonly good three-year-old that June day and should rank well among the handicap horses of 1915. Constant, Cream and Barnard each won a race for Mr. Baker and Pebeto, while not winning, picked up enough in the way of place inaney to more tlian defray his hay and oats bill. The stable record for the year was: Horse. Col., and Sex. A. Pedigree. ist. 2d. 3d. Won.
