CONTEST OVER 4SUNN WILL GOES ON. Mrs. Kittle X. Glum, widow of the lato Curtis A. Gunn. siecnlator and associate of the late John W. Gates, refused in the Cook County Probate Court yesterday morning to act as executrix of her husbands estate, and announced that sle would contest the will. Qnln OBrien, her "attorney, said that bills would lw filed in chancery to recover bonds and stocks valued at about .0,000 wheh are missing. It will lie- charged, he said, that undue influence was brought to lear to induce Mr. Gunn to will a large part of his property to outsiders.
