RIVER KIXG began slowly, but moved up steadily all the way and, under hard urging, got up 1o win in the last strides. BLACKTHORN, away fast and hard ridden, showed the most speed in the going, but tired right at the end. FOXY GRIFF ran well, but suffered from much interference in the stretch drive and would have won witli a clear course. SATURXUS began slowly, but finished with a rush under punishment.
