1 4. KASKASKIA THE ONECK STABLES BEST THIS SEASON The well-known Oneck Stable only-campaigned seven horses in the racing of 1914 and, all things considered, made a creditable record. Of the seven horses rive won races and one of its winners proved herself one of the best 11. lies of the year. Ths was Kiameshas good daughter, Kaskaskia, which won four of her eight races and was placed in the other four. Moreover, in making this consistent record, she was, as a rule, contending with the best of her age of both sexes. Her most iniKrtant success came when she defeated Comely, Id Crump,- Lady Darbary, Solly and Kilkenny Boy in the rich Wakefield Handicap at Empire City, but Comely was giving her twelve pounds and was her superior. Her stable companion. Distant Shore, won good races for her owner, -as-also did the older horses. Sprite and Yankee Notions.
