EVA PADWICK was outpaced, but ran In close and game pursuit of the leaders throughout. LITTLE BIT was crowded out in the first sixteenth and never recovered. The winner was entered for 200; no bid. UNCLE IKE began slowly and was outpaced to the stretch, but came on next to the rail when the leaders turned wide and, finishing fast, outgamed RAVENHALL iu the final drive. The latter raced into the lead soon after the start and only succumbed in the last few strides. AIRLINti made up ground and finished well. FINALEE raced forwardly, but was tiring through the stretch and swerved to the outside, then back to tlit inside rail. CHARITY WARD was badly outrun all the way. IDA ran well for a half mile. JUDGE SALE ran we"l. but tired and staggered against ACUMEN when an eighth out, knocking the latter from his stride. DRYAD set the pace for three-quarters and tired finally. ACUMEN made a good effort and raced into the lead on the last turn, but tired after being bumped. The winner was entered for 00; tio bid. ; Overweights Dryad. 3 pounds.
