J B JOELS HORSES WINNING AS USUAL A I double for Mr J B Joel C Morton and W Huxley was completed at Newmarket yesterday liv the aid of Parhelion and Golden Sun and both horses put up a good performance Golden Sun hold an engagement in each of the events named but Parhelion made a good substitute At the outset Lord Roseborys Sycophant was favorite though the colt broke the tai es and bolted for nearly a half mile Meanwhile Hoseville liecame the fan ¬ cied one Sycophant going out to G to 1 ou a mark with Parhelion which carried topweight and won by a laad from Pangbourne with Uoseville half a length away Golden Sun also gave some ¬ thing away in the Crawfurd Plate and Valise which appeared to hold a line chance at the weights was given the preference over Matter and Llangeinfir The latter pair occupied plaits Valise made no show and Golden Sun won with some ¬ thing to snare Both these winners have splendid breeding Parhelion lioiug by Sundridge from Our Lassie and Golden Sun by the same sire from Golden Lassie London Sportsman C April 14
