Knapp. Andrew Miller, Schuyler L. Parsains and John Sanford. The application of A. R. Bresler for the rejn- statement of the mare Linda Payne was granted. The application of Fred Schelke for a trainer* license was denied. Various jockeys and trainers* licenses were granted as recommended by the licciis.* committee. The application of Clyde Phillips for a trainers license was laid ou the table.
