TEST CASE FOR MUTUELS IN ARIZONA. Phoenix. Ariz.. Novemlier 15.--A test of the legality of tiie pari-mutuel lietting machine in the state of Arizona is Itefore the Maricopa County Supreme Court on an information tiled with that court charging that sueli a machine was o| erated on the Arizona state fair grounds in connection with a race between Hellbender, a Yavapai County horse, and Nantilla. a California animal.
