VALUE OF KENTUCKY PURSES RAISED. Louisville. Ky.. Deceuilier 4. — Tie- Kentucky State Racing Commission did not deal with tne matter of dates for next springs meetings at Lexington. Louisville and Latunia at its meeting in the Seelbach hotel yesterday, two members being absent. A meeting to dis| ose of the matter will take place as soon as a full attendance can be secured. A resolution was passed fixing the value of th» purses on Kentucky tracks.
